ستقام النسخة الخامسة من مسابقة الشواء العائلية الأكثر شهرة في سلطنة عمان - "تحدي الصفاء للشوي " في 14 ديسمبر 2018 ، وستشهد مشاركة 50 عائلة في نادي الطيران المدني في العذيبة. وسيتم تقييم الفرق من قبل الشيف العماني المشهور – مالك الجهضمي وفريقه . وسيتم أيضا اختيار الفائزئن الثلاثة وتكريمهم من قبل الصفاء للأغذية.
وفي المسابقة، ستوفر الصفاء لكل فريق 3 دجاجات غير منزوعة العظم أو الجلد. يستطيع المتسابقون جلب معداتهم الخاصة للشوي، الفحم، الوقود، الأسياخ، البهارات وأواني الطهي، وسيتم منح النقاط لكل عائلة مشاركة وفق: الطعم، الوصفة،الابتكار ، نظافة الطبخ والإعداد وأخيراً التقديم. و سيوفر الحدث كل ما يرضي جميع أفراد الأسرة ، إذ ستضم المسابقة مجموعة من الفقرات الترفيهية مثل توزيع وجبات الصفاء للأغذية وعرض الساحر وألعاب متنوعة وموسيقى للأطفال وعروض أخرى، بينما سيحظى الكبار بمتعة الطبخ والتحضير. جميع العائلات مدعوة للمشاركة في هذه المسابقة الشيقة، كل ما عليكم فعله هو الإتصال بالفاضل/ سمير المعولي على رقم هاتفه (95909414) +00968قبل تاريخ 5 من ديسمبر لتسجيل عائلاتكم للمشاركة في المسابقة
The fifth edition of Oman’s most prestigious family barbecue cooking competition – ‘the A’Saffa BBQ Challenge’ will be held on 14th December 2018, and see 50 families battle it out at the Civil Aviation Club in Azaiba. The teams will be judged by renowned Omani Chef - Malik and his team, who will declare the winner, 1st runners-up, and 2nd runners-up.
Three fully-dressed chickens will be provided to each team by A’Saffa at the competition. For their own convenience, participants will bring their own barbecue sets, coal, fuel, skewers, spices and culinary-ware.
The teams will receive points based on: Taste, Recipe Innovation, Recipe originality, Cooking Hygiene, Preparation, and Presentation. Having something for every member of the family - the event will provide an A’Saffa food spread, magic-show, games, music for kids; and will involve a traditional Omani performances show and a whole lot of cooking fun for adults.
